East German National People's Army (NVA) dagger for an officer of the People's Navy

Double-edged, double-fullered, straight blade, serial number 06761, in a green box, with a plastic grip, gilt pommel and crossguard, crossguard slightly S-shaped with acorns at both ends, worn example, gilt plating partially worn, black lacquered iron scabbard with two gilt fittings and two carrying rings, upper fitting with relief of the state coat of arms and oak leaf,

with dark blue overlay hanger. Orange grip, lighter on one side, darker on the other.
