Underglaze blue decor: Central portrait of Field Marshal August von Mackensen, in a stylized laurel wreath, signature "v. Mackensen" at the bottom.
Dimensions: Ø 25.5 cm. Plate donated on the occasion of the renaming of the 129th Inf. Regiment in October 1916 by Wilhelm II due to the field marshal's military successes during the Romania campaign.
