Orders are shipped in Germany, within Europe and internationally by DHL or Deutsche Post AG.
Payment is made either in advance, by PayPal or in cash upon collection.

Customs
When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g., customs duties) may be incurred as part of your order. These will not be paid or invoiced through us, but must be paid directly by you to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Please contact the relevant authorities for details.

The shipping costs include the statutory fees for the Packaging Act (VerpackG)
In the shop, the shipping costs including air freight are calculated and displayed for the USA (+16 euros).
