Air rifle scope Anti-aircraft gun, telescope Carl Zeiss LZF 2a (5x) for 7.5 cm gun 75ITK / 30 BK for Swedish Army
SOLD OUT
Air rifle scope Anti-aircraft cannon, telescope Carl Zeiss LZF 2a (5x) for 7.5 cm cannon 75ITK / 30 BK for Swedish Army
2 air riflescopes with forehead protection in almost perfect condition.
The transport box is labeled with 75 ITK / 30 BK. 75 ITK Is the 7.5 cm anti-aircraft gun. Carl Zeiss Jena originally manufactured the optics for Thailand, but these were used in the Swedish Army according to the enclosed documents.
The optics are in state 1, only a small wing screw is missing, optics clear view, color filter fully functional., Mechanics checked OK.
Box size approx width 50 cm, height 23 cm, depth 32 cm, total weight approx 19 kg
The Zeiss aerial rifle scope was built in the 1930s. In the Zeiss data sheet it is described that it was intended for anti-aircraft guns and intended for fighting air targets in direct fire. Sea and land targets could also be sighted. This was possible because the objective part is a special construction of the objective and eyepiece part for swiveling from straight to 90 ° viewing.
The wording suggests that the LZFs were also used on ships. The observer could see through in the same position without fatigue and the image always remained upright. This was ensured by a gear system for simultaneous turning of the internal deflecting prisms. The LZF has three filters - clear, gray, green, orange - which can be swiveled in with the large adjusting wheel on the right of the eyepiece housing for the different target and light conditions. Which became stepless. Reticle is a crosshair with a centrally aligned arrowhead
The known examples were delivered for either the Swedish or Thai military. Models that were only used in Germany are not known.
The aerial riflescopes manufactured for the Thai army or navy are marked with the Zeiss lens logo. The serial numbers and model names are given in Latin script or Arabic numerals. The lettering in Thai next to the logo shows the same optical values, 05x and 14 °; the marking "ปืน ส้ อากาศยาน" above the logo roughly means "airplane" (possibly anti-aircraft guns) and underneath "35/51 / B 39"
