The GDR NVA combat knife M66 in the box is an extremely rare piece! This is the second model, released in 1951. The first pure combat knife originally came from the VEB vehicle and hunting weapon factory Ernst Thälmann in Suhl and was developed specifically for reconnaissance aircraft and paratroopers. The knife offered here was used in various military units of the NVA, the VP and the Stasi. It is a sought-after collector's item and a real rarity. The knife and the original issue box have the same numbers
