Apple green steel helmet M35 Wehrmacht with double emblem manufacturer ET with wearer's name
M35 steel helmet with the factory pre-war apple green color and the two original Wehrmacht insignia as well as the stamped wearer's name. The ET stamp in Gothic font points to the year of manufacture 1937. The chin strap is original as in the delivery condition of the helmet. The eagle is the classic ET eagle found on all of the manufacturer's helmets.
Manufacturer ET (Eisenhüttenwerk Thale im Harz) Helmet size 58, stamped on the side with ET66, on the neck with the very low lot number 331. Extremely rare in apple green with the original contemporary double emblem, almost completely preserved, chin strap 1937 and stamped by the manufacturer.
Interior is very well preserved complete with the original lining on the aluminum ring. The chin strap without tears or breaks. The wearer's name is stamped on the inside of the helmet bell and on the inner leather, Lieutenant Dc. Alewell. The helmet has the usual signs of wear
