Do I have to register in the shop to buy something?

You can register as a guest in the shop and make a one-time purchase or register permanently as a customer.

If you were logged in as a "guest", your guest account will be automatically deleted from our system after your purchase. Each further purchase as a guest then requires a new registration as a guest. Your guest address is only noted on the invoice. Registered customers remain registered until you delete your account.

If you close our website in the browser, you will be automatically logged out of your customer account to prevent misuse.
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.

All article and condition descriptions are created to the best of our knowledge and belief.


warranty
We guarantee a 14-day return policy on originality from the date of purchase, provided the item has not been described as a copy or collector's item.

return
Simply send us an e-mail within 14 days with a notice of revocation. Then send the goods back to us within 14 days and we will refund the purchase amount, simple and uncomplicated! In order to save paper, we do not enclose a cancellation with the goods, you will receive this as a PDF from us. Collector's productions and copies are excluded from return.

exchange
For tax reasons, we cannot enter into barter transactions.
However, we would be happy to purchase your item separately.

We ship worldwide safely, insured and traceable with DHL. Your order will be shipped worldwide with DHL.



Notice
